Hull to Rotterdam and Zeebrugge

P&O Ferries operate an overnight ferry service from Hull to Rotterdam  seven times a week. The ferry leaves Hull at 9pm and arrives in Rotterdam at 08:15 the following morning. The return ferry from Rotterdam to Hull departs at 9pm, arriving in Hull at 08:15. Check-in time for all passengers is 90mins before departure. P&O are offering 2 for 1 on mini-cruises from Hull as at 12th Feb 2009.

In a prime location on the north bank of the River Humber, the Port of Hull  handles nearly one million ferry passengers per year. The port’s Rotterdam Terminal accommodates the super-cruise ferries operated by P&O Ferries on the Hull–Rotterdam crossing.

Directions to King George Dock, Hull

By car:

From the north and west follow either the M62 or A1079 to the A63 and Hull City Centre. Follow the signs to King George Dock and Ferries. From the south follow the A15 across the Humber Bridge & then turn east along the A63 to Hull City Centre. Follow the signs to King George Dock & Ferries. Customers travelling to Europoort can park in the multi-storey car park, whilst there are 3 open-air car parks in front of the terminal building for use for Zeebrugge passengers. Car parking at Hull is chargeable at £5 per 24hr period or part thereof.

By bus/coach:

From the interchange, next to St Stephen's shopping centre to the terminal at King George Dock: departure at 17:15 hours.  From King George Dock to the interchange, next to St Stephen's shopping centre: departure after arrival of ship. Price: £3.25/€5 each way.

National Express operates daily direct services to and from the terminal. Principal pick-up points are: York, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Bradford, Newcastle, Sunderland, Thirsk, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

P&O Ferries also operate an overnight service from Hull to Zeebrugge  seven times a week. This ferry leaves Hull at 7pm and arrives in Zeebrugge at 08:45 the following morning. The return from Zeebrugge to Hull departs at 7pm, arriving in Hull at 08:15. Check-in time for all passengers is 90mins before departure.

From Zeebrugge there is easy access to the Belgian cities of Brugge, Brussels and beyond.

On Board

Whichever route you take, each ferry has a resident band or duo to keep you entertained throughout the evening.and a lounge offering dancing, bingo and quizzes alongside fabulous musicians. If your prefer a more laid back and relaxing time then why not change venues and join the resident pianist who plays throughout the evening.

You may choose to sit back and enjoy one of the latest Hollywood blockbusters in one of 2 onboard cinemas, or maybe even flirt with lady luck in the casino. And if you want to dance into the small hours, the late disco plays all of your favourite hits! All this, in addition to shops with duty free prices, and a kids club to keep the children occupied. All bookings between Hull and the continent include a cabin, so you can get a good nights sleep ready for your arrival, but don’t forget to try the ferry’s hot breakfast before you disembark!
